Rockets Family Picnic

Last week the Rockets had their end of season event and this year it was family friendly.  It was so much fun!  It was at a ranch with lots of activities and delicious barbecue and other yummy treats.  The only bummer was that the weather took a turn about two hours in and the rain prevented us from hitting the pool and the lazy river.  That was definitely a bummer b/c it was super hot.  But, we had a blast any way.

 Finally, the kids got into a mud puddle.  What I didn't get a picture of was Sofia doing the breast stroke in a puddle.  NO joke.  We felt a little judgement from some people around us but we didn't care.  We love to let our kids be kids and part of that is getting super dirty and loving it.  That's what the water hose is for, right?!

 No nap all day - this was the way home.  I think there may have still been popcorn in her mouth.
